The third online workshop of Customer Relationship Management Toolbox was held with the participation of the In-house Training Center of the University of Tehran during 36 hours from 1st Nov to 20th, December 2020. The awarding of course certificates was held on the 26 Jan, 2021, and in a meeting, we hosted a number of participants living in Tehran.
