On November 5, 2019 which was a memorable day, the first workshop on customer loyalty and customer experience was held for Bani Chao Iranian distribution Company, (Kaleh Group). In this workshop, the most up-to-date methods of loyalty and creating a lasting and enjoyable experience for customers were presented.
