A 32-hour workshop on designing and implementing a customer relationship management system based on the DrCRM Model was held in May and April 2019 at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Iran University of Science and Technology. The coordination of this course was done by the scientific association of the faculty. At the end of the course, a number of students were selected to start an internship in the DrCRM group.
