BAIC Automotive Group – a set of in-house workshops

We were proud to hold a series of workshops for the sales team, after-sales service and representatives of the BAIC Automotive Group in Dec 2018. These workshops were held in five training days with the topics of customer orientation, communication skills, organizational behavior, teamwork and 5S.
