Faculty of Industrial Engineering, University of Science and Technology – CRM Training Course

Since last year, we in the DrCRM group have put student courses on the agenda alongside general courses, and we have started training student teams in the form of mentoring. With the effort and interest that students expressed, they are currently working with us in high quality executive projects and trainings.

 

A few weeks ago, we took on the responsibility of teaching and mentoring a team of 20 undergraduate, graduate and PHD students at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, University of Science and Technology. The team is being trained with the ©DrCRM method in designing and implementing a customer relationship management system and will have the support of this group to implement the system in organizations.

 

Given that issues such as providing practical training to students and the relationship between industry and academia have been on the agenda for many years, there is still much work to be done in this area.

In the field of CRM, there is still much to do. Topics in customer relationship management systems are not taught in related faculties such as industrial engineering, industrial management, software, e-commerce, etc., or are taught through purely theoretical topics and references that will not enhance students’ practical skills.

The third workshop of the customer relationship management system design

The third workshop of the CRM system design was held as a two-day program on the Dec 10 and Dec 11, 2017, and we hosted teams from Enghelab Sports Complex, Persian Gulf Holding Petrochemical, Tarh Baran, Block 68, and Amir Nezam Garden Complex.

The first workshop of practical skills in effective communication with customer

The first workshop on functional skills in effective communication with customers was held on Dec 14, 2017 teaching by Dr. Arash Sharghi. In this workshop, we hosted Pasargad Insurance, Bazargan Gostar Jam Jam, Taban Niroo Shiraz, Payam Avaran Management Knowledge, Jahan Advanced Technology and Goldis Kashi.

Atiyeh Hospital – The first in-house workshop on customer relationship management in the medical industry (PRM)

The first in-house workshop on customer relationship management in the medical industry (PRM) was held on Dec 26, 2017 for the energetic staff of Atieh Hospital. In this workshop, the basics of customer orientation in the treatment industry, the characteristics of a customer-oriented hospital and practical solutions to promote customer orientation were examined. The course was taught by Mr. Majid Barghi and Ms. Fatemeh Nasri.

Digi Kala – Designing Customer Experience Workshop

The workshop for Digi Kala company on customer experience training with a problem-solving and conflict-solving approach was held.

In the first part of the meeting, which was held on the Dec 25, 2017, Mr. Majid Barghi explained the customer experience with a focus on creating a digital experience and by presenting practical examples, explained the subject of designing a customer journey mapping for participants.

In the second part, Dr. Shareghi examined the behavioral issues in this area and explained the resolution of customer relationship conflict to the audience.

The 11th birthday of DigiKala

This course was held in 4 days and the last session of this workshop coincided with the celebration of the 11th birthday of Digi Kala on the Jan 23, 2018.

We were proud to celebrate the eleventh anniversary of DigiKala with our good friends in the CX unit of this company at the end of the in-house customer experience course.

Iran Tobacco Company – In-house workshop on customer relationship management system design

The first session of the customer relationship management system design workshop was held on May 7, 2018 at Iran Tobacco Company. During this period, the basic parts of the DrCRM Model in design and implementation of customer relationship management system for the marketing, sales representatives, capillary sales and foreign sales of the organization were explained. The next sessions of this course will be held next week.

Sharif University of Technology – The first conference on customer relationship management

The first customer relationship management conference was held at Sharif University of Technology on May 14th, and the methodology of designing and implementing a customer relationship management system for graduates and students of this university was introduced.

The training calendar for holding joint CRM courses with the professional training team of Sharif University Alumni Association for the aftermath of the holy month of Ramazan will be announced.
