The workshop for Digi Kala company on customer experience training with a problem-solving and conflict-solving approach was held.

In the first part of the meeting, which was held on the Dec 25, 2017, Mr. Majid Barghi explained the customer experience with a focus on creating a digital experience and by presenting practical examples, explained the subject of designing a customer journey mapping for participants.

In the second part, Dr. Shareghi examined the behavioral issues in this area and explained the resolution of customer relationship conflict to the audience.

The 11th birthday of DigiKala

This course was held in 4 days and the last session of this workshop coincided with the celebration of the 11th birthday of Digi Kala on the Jan 23, 2018.

We were proud to celebrate the eleventh anniversary of DigiKala with our good friends in the CX unit of this company at the end of the in-house customer experience course.
