The specialized workshop on the principles of implementing and operating Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) was held on Jul 28, 2016 with participation of the Customer Relationship Management Group and Bahar Higher Education Institute. The course was held in the conference room of the DrCRM Group and at the end of the course, the participants were presented with a certificate of attendance by the Bahar Higher Education Institute.
