The specialized workshop on the principles of implementing and operating the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) with the participation of the Customer Relationship Management Group and Bahar Azad Higher Education Institute was held on June 2, 2016 in the conference room of the DrCRM Group. In this meeting, we hosted the director and respected experts of these successful educational publications.
