The workshop on the principles of implementing and operating of the customer relationship management system (CRM) with a practical approach was held on May 26, 2016 at the functional Training Center of the Faculty of Management, University of Tehran.

In this workshop, more than thirty managers and experts of public and private companies in the field of production and services from different provinces were present and we hosted guests from Dasht-e Moghan, Bandar Abbas, Yazd and Isfahan.

At the end of the course, our friends in the Kado.ir collection introduced their business Model and customer relationship management system, and finally they presented a power bank as a gift to two participants of the workshop.
