The specialized workshop on the principles of implementing and operating the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) with the participation of the Customer Relationship Management Group and Bahar Azad Higher Education Institute was held on June 2, 2016 in the conference room of the DrCRM Group. In this meeting, we hosted the director and respected experts of these successful educational publications.

Customer Relationship Management Conference was held on Sep 18, 2016 in the hall of Parsian International Hotel in Kermanshah

In this conference, about 200 business owners, managers and experts of the Kermanshah in various fields of production and services were present along with a number of DrCRM channel audiences.

Kermanshah Reputable brands Group, under the management of Mr. Sadegh Naseri and his colleagues, organized a conference that competently managed the event.

The first student workshop on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with the participation of the Software Department of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, University of Science and Technology, was held on Oct 20, 2016. In addition to the students of the University of Science and Technology, students from other universities also attended the course.

The first introductory workshop on the application of data mining techniques in customer relationship management was held on Oct 27, 2016. Due to the interest of all participants, it was decided to hold an advanced course of this workshop.

On Oct 31, 2016, Goldis Kashi department store was opened on South Shiraz Street. Sales representatives of Goldis Kashi products from all over the country were present at the ceremony.

This store provides the latest designs of ceramic tile products of Goldis Tile company. The new designs of Goldis Kashi products are based on the combination of new international developments with a rich treasure of Iranian patterns and forms.

در این مراسم، کارگاه آموزشی مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان، برای نمایندگان محترم مجموعه گلدیس کاشی ارائه شد. شرکت‌ کنندگان،‌ علاوه بر آشنایی با مفاهیم آکادمیک حوزه CRM، با استراتژی‌ها و برنامه‌های شرکت گلدیس کاشی در حوزه توسعه ارتباط با شبکه فروش و مشتریان آشنا شدند.

Considering the students’ interest to the first course of the student workshop on customer relationship management (CRM), the second course of this workshop was held Nov 3, 2016, with the participation of the software department of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, University of Science and Technology. In addition to the students of the University of Science and Technology, students from other universities also attended the course.

CRM software evaluation and selection workshop was held on Dec 9, 2016, with the presence of respected experts from Bahman Group, seminary service center, Matiloos toy store, Berelian tile, Samaneh Gostaran Rooz, clothing designers and personal participants.

In this workshop, ©DrCRM Model for software evaluation and selection was introduced and the presentation and comparison of the features of the following five software were presented to the audience:

– Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 version with Cloud Everest version

– Vtiger with Persian maker Pars-Vttiger

– Payam Gostar

– Farsikam (Ravesh)

– Cloud version of Sarv CRM

The third workshop on evaluation and selection of CRM software was held on Feb 23, 2017. The instructors of this workshop were Mr. Majid Barghi and Ms. Fatemeh Nasri.

In this workshop, we hosted managers and experts from B2B and B2C businesses in the fields of production and services. New changes were considered in the topics of this workshop compared to the previous ones.

The first CRM software evaluation and software selection workshop was held on Aug 31, 2017. The instructors of this workshop were Mr. Majid Barghi and Ms. Fatemeh Nasri.

In this workshop, we hosted managers and experts from B2B and B2C businesses, including Firooz Industrial Group, Atieh Hospital, Davan Complex, Ocean Kish Water Park, Batab Vista Trade, Optimal Acrylic Distribution, Atek and Shokala.

The second CRM software evaluation and selection workshop was held on Sep 14, 2017.  The instructors of this workshop were Mr. Majid Barghi and Ms. Fatemeh Nasri.

In this workshop, we hosted managers and experts from B2B and B2C businesses, including Mahak Charity Institution, Tamkar Gas Company, Al-Rafidin Trading Group, Razin Gol Chemical Industries, Novin Toseh Farzam and Aftab Seismic Store.
